Purpose of the processing

The purpose of the processing is to respond to your request and to enable the management of the relationship and contact with you.
Another purpose is to send you commercial and courtesy communications related to our entity, by telephone, ordinary post, email or equivalent electronic means of communication.
If the user does not tick the corresponding box before sending the query request, they will not receive commercial and interest communications from this entity, without prejudice to their query being dealt with.
Job applicants
Candidates who provide their CV are informed that the purpose of the collection and automated processing of their personal data is to respond appropriately to their application and to manage the CV submitted in relation to any selection processes that may be carried out. The data provided will be kept until a job is awarded or until the candidate exercises their right of cancellation.
Whistleblowing channel
The purpose of the processing is to manage the whistleblower channel, investigate complaints submitted, and take measures to resolve them.
Complaints may be submitted anonymously, without the complainant’s identifying or contact details.
Legitimacy: Compliance with a legal obligation, Law 2/2023 of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption.
Retention periods: Your data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing, for a maximum period of 3 months, unless, due to the particular complexity of the matter, it is necessary to extend this period for an additional 3 months. Once the purpose has been fulfilled, your data will be blocked and will remain available to the public administration, judges and courts for the period of limitation of the actions applicable to the processing of your data.
If no investigation has been initiated, the data will be deleted in any case after 3 months from receipt of the communication.
Recipients: your data will not be transferred to third parties, unless it is necessary to comply with legal obligations as a result of the investigation process of the complaint.
Transfer of data
The user accepts and consents to the automated processing of their data by THE CONTROLLER, who guarantees that the data collected will not be transferred to third parties, except in cases where there is a legal obligation to do so, nor used for any purpose other than that for which it was collected.
Accuracy and veracity of data
The user is solely responsible for the veracity and correctness of the data included and reported, exonerating THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY from any responsibility in this regard.
Security measures
THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY has adopted all the technical and organisational measures necessary to guarantee the security and integrity of the personal data it processes, as well as to prevent its loss, alteration and/or access by unauthorised third parties.

Changes to this Privacy Policy
THE CONTROLLER reserves the right to modify its Privacy Policy, at its own discretion, or due to a change in legislation, case law or doctrine of the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Any modification of the Privacy Policy will be published at least ten days before its effective application. The use of this website after such changes implies acceptance of them.
Data deletion period
Data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and to determine any possible liabilities that may arise from that purpose and from the processing of the data.
